OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your jacket. If it's not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn — no signs of wear, creasing from use, or stretching
  • Original condition — all tags attached, original packaging included
  • Undamaged — no stains, odors, scratches, or alterations
  • Within 14 days of the delivery date (tracking confirmation)

Leather is a natural material — we understand you may need to try it on indoors. Light handling to assess fit is acceptable. Outdoor wear, exposure to elements, or removal of tags voids return eligibility.

FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Sample Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email returns@ateliernoir.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label (domestic) or return instructions (international) within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the jacket in its original box with all tags and packaging.
  4. Drop off at the designated carrier location.

International Customer responsibility — we recommend tracked, insured shipping

EXCHANGES

We recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size/color — this is fastest. For direct exchanges:

  • Email us with your order number and desired exchange.
  • We'll reserve the new item (subject to availability) once we receive your return tracking.
  • Exchange shipping (outbound) is free for domestic orders.

REFUNDS

  • Processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return at our facility.
  • Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).
  • International customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@ateliernoir.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred on the return. We recommend using a tracked, insured service and marking the package as "Returned Goods — Value for Customs Purposes Only" to avoid duplicate duties.
